TAKE NOTICE THAT the Ontario Securities Commission (the "Commission") will hold a hearing at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor Hearing Room on June 23, 2014 at 2 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held;

TO CONSIDER an application made by Wealth Stewards Portfolio Management Inc. and Sushila Lucas to stay the decision of the Director dated June 13, 2014 until the determination of a hearing and review of that decision by the Commission.
