ORDER
WHEREAS on August 10, 2020, the Ontario Securities Commission held a hearing by teleconference;
ON HEARING the submissions of the representative for Staff of the Commission (Staff) and for VRK Forex & Investments Inc. and Radhakrishna Namburi (together, the Respondents);
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- the Respondents shall serve Staff with the remaining documents that form the Respondents’ hearing brief by no later than August 20, 2020;
- by no later than August 24, 2020, the Respondents shall advise Staff and the Registrar in writing as to whether each of the Respondents’ witnesses will provide testimony in chief orally or by affidavit; and
- Staff shall serve and file any affidavit evidence for the merits hearing by no later than September 11, 2020.
