ORDER

WHEREAS on April 3, 2025, the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing by videoconference;

ON HEARING the submissions of the representatives for the Ontario Securities Commission and for the respondents;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. by 4:30 p.m. on April 11, 2025, the respondents shall serve on the Commission an amended book of documents identifying the documents the respondents intend to produce or enter into evidence at the merits hearing that were previously disclosed by the Commission, and not already contained in the Commission’s book of documents; and
2. by 4:30 p.m. on April 15, 2025, the Commission shall provide to the respondents copies of any translations of previously disclosed documents, in either certified or non-certified form, in the Commission’s possession and not previously produced to the respondents, excluding any translations made by Commission counsel or the Commission’s investigator.
