AND
IN THE MATTER OF
HILRY HILTON NEALE
ORDER
WHEREAS on the 20th day of October, 1998, the Ontario Securities Commission(the "Commission") ordered, pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 127(1) of theSecurities Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.S.5, as amended (" the Act"), that Hilry Hilton Neale's("Neale") registration be suspended for a period of 15 days; and that pursuant toparagraph 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Act that all trading by Neale cease for a period of15 days;
AND WHEREAS on the 29th day of October, 1998, the Commission ordered,pursuant to subsection 127(7) of the Act, that the Original Order be extended until theconclusion of the hearing;
AND WHEREAS the Commission has been advised by Michael Puskas, counselfor the Respondent Neale, that the Respondent Neale requests an adjournment of thehearing, pursuant to Section 21 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990,Chap. S.22, as amended;
AND WHEREAS staff of the Commission do not object to an adjournment;
AND WHEREAS the Commission considers it to be in the public interest to makethe order;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing be adjourned from the 25th day ofFebruary, 1999 to the 5th day of July, 1999 and if necessary, to continue on the 7th day ofJuly, 1999.
