WHEREAS on March 5, 2020, the Ontario Securities Commission held a hearing at 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor, Toronto, Ontario;   

ON HEARING the submissions of the representatives for Staff of the Commission, and for Money Gate Corp., Morteza Katebian and Payam Katebian, by telephone, and no one appearing on behalf of Money Gate Mortgage Investment Corporation;

IT IS ORDERED THAT an attendance is scheduled for March 20, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., or such other date and time as provided by the Office of the Secretary and agreed to by the parties.
