ORDER

WHEREAS on October 20, 2022, the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing by videoconference;

ON HEARING the submissions of the representativesfor Staff of the Ontario Securities Commission and Troy Richard James Hogg, Arbitrade Exchange Inc., Gables Holdings Inc., and T.J.L. Property Management Inc., and no one appearing for Cryptobontix Inc. or Arbitrade Ltd.;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Staff shall disclose to each respondent non-privileged relevant documents and things in the possession or control of Staff, by 4:30 p.m. on November 18, 2022;
2. the respondents shall serve and file a motion, if any, regarding Staff’s disclosure or seeking disclosure of additional documents, by 4:30 p.m. on February 6, 2023;
3. Staff shall serve and file a witness list, and serve a summary of each witness’s anticipated evidence on the respondents, and indicate any intention to call an expert witness, including by providing the expert’s name and the issues on which the expert will give evidence, by 4:30 p.m. on February 9, 2023; and
4. a further attendance in this matter is scheduled for February 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., by videoconference, or on such other date and times as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Governance & Tribunal Secretariat.
