AND

IN THE MATTER OF PATRICK GOUVEIA, ANDREW PETERS,

RONALD PERRYMAN AND PAUL VICKERY

ORDER

WHEREAS on June 2, 2004, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to section 127 of the Securities Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.S.5, as amended, in respect of the respondents: Patrick Gouveia, Andrew Peters, Ronald Perryman, and Paul Vickery;

AND WHEREAS on June 2, 2004, the respondents were charged with offences contrary to section 122 of the Act in the Ontario Court of Justice which relate to the same matters as are the subject of the Notice of Hearing;

AND WHEREAS the parties have agreed to adjourn this hearing to await the outcome of the Ontario Court of Justice proceeding and the parties consent to the terms of this Order;

IT IS ORDERED THAT pursuant to section 21 of the Statutory Powers of Procedures Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.S.22, as amended, the hearing is adjourned sine die but may be brought back upon seven days notice.
