ORDER

WHEREAS the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing in writing to set a schedule for a sanctions and costs hearing in this proceeding;

ON READING the submissions of the representatives for Staff of the Ontario Securities Commission and of each of the respondents, no one appearing for First Global Data Ltd;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Staff shall serve and file written evidence, if any, and any witness summaries for oral evidence they intend to call at the sanctions hearing, and written submissions on sanctions and costs, by 4:30 p.m. on December 2, 2022; 
2. the respondents shall each serve and file written evidence, if any, and any witness summaries for oral evidence they intend to call at the sanctions hearing, and written submissions on sanctions and costs, by 4:30 p.m. on January 26, 2023;
3. Staff shall serve and file reply written evidence, if any, and written reply submissions on sanctions and costs, if any, by 4:30 p.m. on February 16, 2023; and
4. oral evidence and submissions will take place on dates to be fixed by the Registrar.
