NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
OF ALLEGATIONS

WHEREAS on February 4, 1993, the Ontario Securities Commission (the"Commission") issued a Notice of Hearing in respect of the Respondents David BruceFingold, Fobasco Limited and Slater Industries Inc.;

AND WHEREAS on June 2, 1994, the Commission issued an Amended Notice ofHearing, adding as a respondent John Paul Fingold;

AND WHEREAS that proceeding has been adjourned sine die;

TAKE NOTICE that the Commission hereby withdraws the allegations made in theNotices of Hearing.
