THIS MOTION, made by the Respondent, Eco Oro Minerals Corp., for redactions to confidential information in application materials filed by other parties in the course of this Hearing and Review Application, was heard on May 9, 2017, in writing;

ON READING the Written Submissions, Record and Book of Authorities of Eco Oro Minerals Corp., and the written submissions of the Applicants, Courtenay Wolfe and Harrington Global Opportunities Fund Ltd., and considering that the remaining parties take no position on this Motion;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:
Without prejudice to and without limiting any disclosure obligations of the parties pursuant to securities law, the following information is declared confidential for the purposes of this proceeding and the following documents shall be redacted and refiled:
