- AND -
IN THE MATTER OF
SINO-FOREST CORPORATION, ALLEN CHAN, ALBERT IP, ALFRED C.T. HUNG,
GEORGE HO, SIMON YEUNG and DAVID HORSLEY
TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:
-
the hearing date scheduled for the Particulars Motion, namely October 16, 2013, is vacated;
-
the hearing dates scheduled for October 20 and 22 to 24, 2014 for the Respondents’ case in the Merits Hearing are vacated and further hearing dates are hereby scheduled for February 17 to 20, 2015; and
-
the pre-hearing conference in this matter be continued on November 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. or such other date and time as agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
The pre-hearing conference will be held in camera.
