TORONTO – The Commission issued its Reasons and Decision following the hearing on the merits held In Writing with respect to Sandy Winick and Gregory J. Curry in the above named matter.

The Commission also issued an Order which provides that the hearing to determine sanctions and costs with respect to Sandy Winick and Gregory J. Curry will be held at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17^th floor, Toronto, on September 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., or such further or other dates as agreed by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
