Notice from the Office of the Secretary: In the Matter of Quadrexx Asset Management Inc. et al.

IN THE MATTER OF QUADREXX ASSET MANAGEMENT INC.,
QUADREXX SECURED ASSETS INC., OFFSHORE OIL VESSEL SUPPLY SERVICES LP, QUIBIK INCOME FUND AND QUIBIK OPPORTUNITIES FUND

TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

1.   pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the portion of the Temporary Order issued under paragraph 2 of subsection 127(1) that ordered all trading to cease in the securities of Quadrexx, QSA and OOVSS is extended to April 22, 2014; and

2.   the hearing to consider the need to further extend the portion of the Temporary Order against Quadrexx, QSA and OOVSS is adjourned to April 17, 2014 at 9:45 a.m.
