TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (i) the confidential pre-hearing conference will continue on December 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.; and (ii) the hearing on the merits shall commence on January 13, 2014 and shall continue on January 15^th for half a day, January 16, 20, 21, 27, 29, 30, and 31, February 3-7 inclusive, February 10, 12-14 inclusive, February 18 and 19, or on such further or other dates as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
