TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

1. Staff shall serve and file written submissions on sanctions and costs by September 6, 2013;

2. the Respondents shall serve and file written submissions on sanctions and costs by October 11, 2013;

3. Staff shall serve and file written reply submissions on sanctions and costs by October 18, 2013;

4. the hearing to determine sanctions and costs will be held at the office of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto, on October 23, 2013 commencing at 10:00 a.m.
