TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that without prejudice to and without limiting any disclosure obligations of the parties pursuant to securities law, the following information is declared confidential for the purposes of this proceeding and the following documents shall be redacted and refiled:

    1. the names and titles identified on the List of Key Parties at pages 123, 151, 179, 207, 718, 747 and 833 of the Record of the Toronto Stock Exchange dated April 4, 2017;
    2. the names and titles identified on the List of Key Parties at pages 136, 164, 283 and 311 of the Record of Amber Capital LP and Paulson & Co. Inc. dated April 13, 2017; and
    3. the names identified in paragraph 25 of the Affidavit #2 of Courtenay Wolfe sworn April 17, 2017, at page 10 of the Record in Reply of Courtenay Wolfe and Harrington Global Opportunities Fund Ltd., dated April 17, 2017.
