TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing on the merits is to commence on February 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto, and shall continue on March 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20 and 21, 2012, or such further or other dates as may be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary; and a status hearing will take place on such date or time as provided by the Office of the Secretary and agreed to by the parties.
