The Capital Markets Tribunal issues Notices to announce:

• the issuance of a Notice of Hearing, which starts a proceeding following the filing of an Application
• the setting or changing of times and dates for upcoming public hearings in a proceeding
• the issuance of an Order, or of Reasons for Decision
• other proceeding-related items
