The Guide to Capital Markets Tribunal Proceedings is intended to assist individuals and parties involved in proceedings before the Capital Markets Tribunal. It provides an overview and information about the Tribunal’s procedures.

The Rules of Procedure govern all proceedings held before the Tribunal. The objective of the Rules is to ensure that proceedings are conducted justly, expeditiously and cost-effectively. They apply to all proceedings before the Tribunal.

The Litigation Assistance Program and Duty Counsel Program are designed to provide assistance to self-represented parties who are involved in an enforcement proceeding or an application for review proceeding before the Tribunal.
