ORDER

WHEREAS on March 8, 2022, the Ontario Securities Commission held a hearing by videoconference;

ON HEARING the submissions of the representatives for Staff of the Commission and for Colin Fisher, no one appearing for Stableview Asset Management Inc.;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. by 4:30 p.m. on March 8, 2022, the parties shall communicate with the Registrar for the purpose of scheduling a confidential conference on March 9, 10 or 11, 2022 and such conference to be continued on such other dates and times as the Commissioner presiding shall direct; and
     
  2. a further attendance is scheduled for March 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. by videoconference or on such other date and time as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
