      WHEREAS on June 5, 2008, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing and Staff filed a Statement of Allegations pursuant to subsection 127 of the Securities Act in respect of Rodney International, Choeun Chhean (also known as Paulette C. Chhean) and Michael A. Gittens (also known as Alexander M. Gittens);

      TAKE NOTICE that Staff of the Commission withdraw the allegations against the Respondent, Choeun Chhean (also known as Paulette C. Chhean), as of September 18, 2008.
