ORDER

WHEREAS on April 4, 2025, the Capital Markets Tribunal held a hearing by videoconference;

ON READING the material filed by the Ontario Securities Commission, and on hearing the submissions of the representatives for the Commission and for Jason Cloth, no one appearing on behalf of Creative Wealth Media Finance Corp.; 

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. by 4:30 p.m. on April 11, 2025, the Commission shall serve and file a further and better affidavit of service and such written submissions as it may be advised in respect of service upon Creative Wealth Media Finance Corp. of the Application for Enforcement Proceeding and the Notice of Hearing in this proceeding;
  2. by 4:30 p.m. on May 5, 2025, the Commission shall disclose to the respondents the non-privileged, relevant documents and things in the Commission’s possession or control;
  3. by 4:30 p.m. on July 28, 2025, the respondents shall each serve and file a motion, if any, regarding the Commission’s disclosure or seeking disclosure of additional documents;
  4. by 4:30 p.m. on July 30, 2025, the Commission shall:
    1. serve and file a witness list,
    2. serve a summary of each witness’s expected testimony, and
    3. indicate any intention to call an expert witness, including providing the expert’s name and the issues on which the expert will be testifying; and
  5. a further case management hearing in this matter is scheduled for August 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. by videoconference, or as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Governance & Tribunal Secretariat.
