IN THE MATTER OF THE SECURITIES ACT, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.5, AS AMENDED

AND

IN THE MATTER OF
HILRY HILTON NEALE

ORDER

WHEREAS on the 20th day of October, 1998, the Ontario Securities Commission(the "Commission") ordered (the "Original Order"), pursuant to paragraph 1 ofsubsection 127(1) of the Securities Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.5, as amended (the "Act"),that Hilry Hilton Neale's ("Neale") registration be suspended for a period of 15 days;and that pursuant to paragraph 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Act that all trading byNeale cease for a period of 15 days;

AND WHEREAS on the 29th day of October, 1998, the Commission ordered,pursuant to subsection 127(7) of the Act, that the Original Order be extended until theconclusion of the hearing;

AND WHEREAS staff requests an adjournment of the hearing, pursuant tosection 21 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.22, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the Respondent Neale does not object to an adjournment;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing be adjourned from the 14th day ofJune, 1999 to the 6th day of October, 1999.
