ORDER
WHEREAS the Ontario Securities Commission held a hearing in writing;
ON READING the submissions of the representative for Staff of the Commission (Staff) and for Miner Edge Inc., Miner Edge Corp. and Rakesh Handa (together, the Respondents);
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
- the hearing date of May 19, 2020 is vacated;
- the Respondents shall file and serve a witness list, and serve a summary of each witness’s anticipated evidence on Staff, and indicate any intention to call an expert witness, by no later than June 17, 2020; and
- a further attendance in this proceeding is scheduled for July 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., or on such other date and time as may be agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
