Krystal Jean Vanlandschoot

In early 2021, Krystal Jean Vanlandschoot asked the Tribunal to review a decision of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), which used to be known as the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada. CIRO decided that Vanlandschoot misused money she received from clients and didn’t cooperate with CIRO’s investigation. CIRO also ordered sanctions against Vanlandschoot.

Vanlandschoot stopped communicating with the Tribunal and the other parties in June 2021. Vanlandschoot has not shown up to hearings or answered emails about her application.

The Tribunal decided that Vanlandschoot abandoned her application, so the Tribunal dismissed it.
