ORDER
(Section 127)

    WHEREAS the Ontario Securities Commission (the “Commission”) issued a Notice of Hearing and Staff of the Commission (“Staff”) filed a Statement of Allegations in this matter on February 7, 2012 against Eda Marie Agueci, Dennis Wing, Santo Iacono, Josephine Raponi, Kimberley Stephany, Henry Fiorillo, Giuseppe (Joseph) Fiorini, John Serpa, Ian Telfer, Jacob Gorntizki and Pollen Services Limited (collectively, the “Respondents”);

    AND WHEREAS on March 21, 2012, the Commission heard submissions from counsel for Staff and counsel for the Respondents;

    AND WHEREAS the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this order;

    IT IS ORDERED that this matter is adjourned to a confidential pre-hearing conference which shall take place on April 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
