ORDER
(Section 127)

    WHEREAS the Ontario Securities Commission (the “Commission”) issued a Notice of Hearing and Staff of the Commission (“Staff”) filed a Statement of Allegations in this matter on February 7, 2012 against Eda Marie Agueci, Dennis Wing, Santo Iacono, Josephine Raponi, Kimberley Stephany, Henry Fiorillo, Giuseppe (Joseph) Fiorini, John Serpa, Ian Telfer, Jacob Gorntizki and Pollen Services Limited (collectively, the “Respondents”);

    AND WHEREAS at a prehearing conference held on December 17, 2012, certain scheduling matters were agreed to by the parties;

    AND WHEREAS the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to issue this order;

    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a further pre-hearing conference for this matter shall take place on April 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
