Notice from the Office of the Secretary: In the Matter of Weizhen Tang

IN THE MATTER OF WEIZHEN TANG

TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

1. Tang shall file witness statements for the witnesses he intends to request the Commission to summons by no later than January 8, 2016, setting out the names of the witnesses, their addresses, and disclosing the substance of their anticipated evidence at the Merits Hearing;
2. Tang shall not be permitted to file a Hearing Brief without leave of the Panel; and
3. A further pre-hearing conference is scheduled for January 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
