IN THE MATTER OF

TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:
 

  1. The hearing date of June 17, 2016 is vacated;
  2. Staff’s written closing submissions shall be served and filed on or before August 5, 2016;
  3. The Respondents’ written closing submissions shall be served and filed on or before August 19, 2016;
  4. Staff’s reply closing submissions, if any, shall be served and filed on or before September 8, 2016; and
  5. Oral closing submissions in respect of the Merits Hearing shall be heard on September 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
