TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) pursuant to subsections 127(7) and 127(8) of the Act, the Temporary Order is extended on the existing terms against Maya only, until the close of business on November 30, 2010; and (2) the hearing is adjourned to November 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
