TORONTO – Following the hearing on the merits in the above noted matter, the Commission issued its Reasons and Decision.

The Commission also issued an Order which provides that a hearing to determine sanctions and costs will be held on June 27, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto, Ontario.
