TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that a status hearing will take place on April 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., for Staff to update the Commission on the status of service on Somin; and the hearing is adjourned to Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. for a confidential pre-hearing conference.
