TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing on the merits of this matter is adjourned and shall commence on July 18, 2011, peremptory to the Remaining Respondents and shall continue on July 20, 21, 22 and 25, 2011, commencing each day at 10:00 a.m., or shall commence on such other date as set by the Office of the Secretary in consultation with the parties.
