TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing on the merits is to commence on January 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto, and shall continue on January 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 30, 2012 and February 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, 2012, or such further or other dates as may be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary; and the parties attend before the Commission on July 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., for a status hearing at the offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto.
