Notice from the Office of the Secretary: In the Matter of Firestar Capital Management Corp. et al.

FIRESTAR CAPITAL MANAGEMENT CORP.,
KAMPOSSE FINANCIAL CORP., FIRESTAR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
GROUP, MICHAEL CIAVARELLA AND MICHAEL MITTON

TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

1. The confidential pre-hearing conference be adjourned to February 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., or such other date and time as agreed to by the parties and confirmed by the Office of the Secretary;
2. The Temporary Orders currently in place as against Firestar Capital, Kamposse, and Firestar Investment be further continued until February 22, 2013, or until further order of the Commission; and
3. Following the continuation of the confidential pre-hearing conference on February 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held to consider whether to continue the Temporary Orders currently in place as against Firestar Capital, Kamposse, and Firestar Investment.

The pre-hearing conference will be in camera.
