TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order which provides that the hearing is adjourned to May 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.; and that, should circumstances change such that any party requires a hearing before May 3, 2012, it may bring the matter back before the Commission on an earlier date on notice to all parties and proposed intervenors.
