TORONTO – The Office of the Secretary issued the following Notices of Hearing in the above noted matter:

1. Notice of Hearing dated April 11, 2012 setting the matter down to be heard on April 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held in the above named matter; and
2. Notice of Hearing dated April 11, 2012 for a hearing on April 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve a settlement agreement entered into by Staff of the Commission and Darryl Brubacher, Andrew Martin and Tadd Investment Properties Inc.

The hearings will be held in Hearing Room C on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
