TORONTO – The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to subsections 127(1) and 127(10) of the Act on September 22, 2014 setting the matter down to be heard on October 24, 2014 at 11:15 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held in the above named matter. The hearing will be held at the offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor, Toronto.
