TORONTO – The Office of the Secretary issued an Amended Notice of Hearing in the above noted matter for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve the settlement agreement entered into between Staff of the Commission and Asif Khan. The hearing will be held on April 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
